Laguna Tools - Support sucks
This was the 3rd Laguna wood working tool I had bought in a 2 month span. It does its job, but you better hope you never need a replacement part.
Laguna air circulator = unpacked it to find several motor mounting bolts just sliding around in the cabinet, called customer service, was told it would be easier for me to fix it myself, so I did.
Laguna Band saw (resaw) = I bent the throat plate, went to my local woodcraft store to have them order a new one, 2 and a half months later! , i got one
Laguna dust collector = wired it to 220 volts you need to replace the circuit board, been waiting now for 6 weeks, still on back order. Decent tools, horrible support
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
