Lathe failed
Lathe failed after two years. Laguna not responding to my emails.
They are a dreadful company that deserve all their negative reviews. I suggest you do not buy from them.

Band saw and dust extractor
The manual that same with my band saw is so fuzzy you cannot read part numbers or tell what parts is. Also TRIED to order auto clean system for my pflux 2.
The lady in parts said I had to have a part number. Said I didn't have one but was told it was available. First time in my life between being a mechanic for 4 years and a custom home builder for 47 years.
A supplier's parts department that the customer had to have the part number. My experience has been the parts personal usually can lookup the dam number.

Parts have never been shipped going on mealy a month
Love laguna tools have a shop full but we must get parts!

I contacted Laguna customer service on May 7, 2025. Of course, everything is automated and goes directly to 'on hold.' After minutes of being on hold, I opted to leave a message asking for a return call.
Now, 7 days later, I have yet to receive a phone call or email follow-up to my CNC being down. This is unacceptable, which leads me to wonder if there are financial issues and if Laguna is even in business anymore.

My order and why it’s not shipped
Seems funny it takes 3 weeks to fill an in stock parts order. I have called twice and basically told to be patient. I am not a very happy Laguna customer with a shop full of of your tools!

figured out the problem myself. Was never contacted by laguna.
My Laguna C Flux:2 will not program the remote. When Im press the black set button on the bottom of the remote switch it does not beep . I just ordered a new remote from you thinking that my original remote was the problem
Worst customer service EVER!
Needed replacement parts for a PX 20. When I called they sent to to their web site, but every time I enter a part number I get "no response, nothing found".
Called the company, still waiting 3 days later. Never buying again!

Horrible Customer Service
Laguna Tools is not worth their somewhat affordable pricing. They have older technology than other providers and they have by far the worst customer service I have experienced from any supplier.
Impossible to talk to anyone, impossible to get a tech on the phone, one person will pick and up say a tech will call you back another person will say they have over 600 support cases and you just have to wait in line. There is not urgency or care to help out their clients.
They are completely unreliable and if you are buying a tool for a company and its up time is critical to your operation, I would highly suggest to not use this company.

Band saw case
I had a service ticket started weeks ago and I cant even get a return call to get a part! I just need the machine back up and running so Im not losing more money.

They performax control they sent me does not fit my machine. Not remotely like what I have.
Very popular machine, should be easy to match.
Can't talk to a real person, leave voice mail, no response. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service in the business
Lets start off by saying I own a Laguna laser, a bandsaw and a drum sander. I ordered parts and the shipping time is absolutely outrageous.
I tried contacting them for a tracking number with no answer. Trying to talk to somebody or having them call you back is like contacting somebody running a business out of their basement.
With an answering machine no matter when you call or what option you choose absolutely despicable. I will never purchase a Laguna tool again.

I ordered a 220 conversion switch for my Laguna Fusion II table saw in April. I still do not have it and nobody will tell me why.
The reason I chose the Fusion II is because of the 220 capability.
I have gone to the expense of having an electrician add a 220 outlet in my shop. If I am not able to get the switch very soon, I would like to return the table saw for a full refund so I can buy a saw from a company that stands behind their products.

Poor customer service
I have one of their industrial bandsaws (LT 16HD) - first a capacitor blew. After more than a week of emails and trying to call, I got an email back from them suggesting I buy a new saw.
Took the motor to an independent shop - fixed for $40.
Now the saw stopped working, I again cannot get them to respond either by email or phone.
A machine is only as good as the support.
Laguna's support service is virtually non existent. Will never buy or recommend them again.

Verified Buyer |Awful experience with 1216 midi lathe and Laguna tools.
2 months after purchasing the machine, variable speed was not changing whether the dial indicated it was at 50 rpm or 1750 rpm. I talked to Laguna, and they sent me a replacement part.
I changed out the part they sent me, and now the problem was worse. the variable speed wont change, and the digital readout does not say an RPM. i called them back and they sent me another part that did nothing to solve any of the old or new issues. This last time I called them to return a machine and left a voicemail explaining the issue and telling them that i would like to return the machine under warranty.
with no contact to me or my company, they sent us another part rather than helping with the return. TERRIBLE customer service!!!
A machine that costs this much shouldn't be breaking in 2 months either, and the service department shouldn't be clueless. I would rather have 10% of the employees that know what they are talking about than 10x the employees who are completely clueless.

Online Laguna Tools touts their customer service. In reality no one answers
Laguna Tools promotes their customer service online; in reality, no one answers the phone. My complaint is that I ordered parts from them for my bandsaw (Band141*-***) part # 141*-***) Sales order #332249.
The item was tires for the bandsaw. My credit card was charged approximately 3 weeks ago, but I have not received the tires.

I cancelled an order I placed. But after 14 business days I still haven't received my refund.
Order was cancelled because I accidentally ordered duplicates.
Refund shouldn't take this long. Nor should I have to contact customer service about it.
Some of the worst customer service in woodworking industry.
